Binary Classifier

Final project for ECE 482 - Digital IC Design. (Fall 2015)

This project was implementing a binary classifier system in a 250 nm process technology.




Low Drop-out Voltage Regulator

Final Project for ECE 483 - Analog IC Design (Spring 2016)

Implemented in cadence schematic.






Parallel Buck Converter

Final Project for ECE 469 - Power Electronics Lab (Fall 2016)

Functional for 10 - 14 V input to 2.7 +- 2% V output, for a 0 - 10 A output load.






Rat Race Coupler

Final Project for ECE 457 - Microwave Devices and Circuits (Spring 2016)

Center frequency of 5 GHz, 3 dB fractional bandwidth greater than 15%, insertion loss < 3 dB, coupling factor < 6 dB
